Scott Steffens is President of Secure Risk Control Inc., which is located in Houston as a loss control service company for insurance companies and wide range of businesses. Mr. Steffens also, owns No Slippin Way – a non-slip floor treatment for commercial and industrial applications.

He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associated Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety & Health Occupational Health & Safety Technologist (OHST) and Certified Safety & Health Manager (CSHM). Other designations include Certified Field Safety Representative (FSR), Approved Professional Safety Source (APSS), and qualified to perform insurance loss control services in all 50 states.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety at University of Central Missouri.

Over 38 years’ experience working for property and casualty insurance companies.

Owns the No Slippin Way non-slip floor treatment products since 2009, which consults and applies the product for commercial and industrial facilities.

Progressed his knowledge and skills by working for the world largest insurance broker at the Home Office of Alexander & Alexander.

Known for his loss control service work for large premium companies who have had large loss problems in both frequency and severity with an immediate need to reduce losses in a short period of time.

With Mr. Steffens knowledge and expertise, he is frequently preferred as a professional safety speaker during local and national events as well as independent speaking opportunities. His subject matter is considered very unique compared to other safety classes.
